Advocacy

We are actively involved in taking up the various issues of employers, industry, and general business at national and local levels, advocating on behalf of our members with Governmental and different regulatory bodies. We are a member of multiple committees of Government and various other associations.

Representing Employers of Rajasthan, we give presentations and memorandum and raise our viewpoints on relevant issues with respective Governments and authorities.

We at EAR are constantly looking forward to:-

• Question the way policy is administered

• Participate in the agenda-setting as they raise significant issues

• Target political systems "because those systems are not responding to people's needs."

• Are inclusive and engaging

• Propose policy solutions

• Open up space for public argumentation

Team leaders at EAR work hard to advocate for their employers, and the entire culture of the company improves. Team members know that they're being supported by their leaders and managers; they're going to be more inclined to work hard and speak positively about the business, even when they're off the clock.
