I am thankful that The Employers' Association of Rajasthan has come this far and successfully celebrated its 61st Anniversary.

Our central vision has always been to address Industrial Relations and related issues such as labour unrest, protection of Employers’ interests, and providing legal advice and assistance. We have consistently urged the Government to address these concerns firmly and fairly.

Established in 1964, the Association was founded with the motto of providing a united platform for the employers of Rajasthan to discuss their views, concerns, and common issues collectively and to represent them before the concerned Government authorities for appropriate resolution.

Over the years, we have come a long way, overcoming numerous challenges and continuously expanding the scope of our activities. Today, our areas of work extend beyond labour and industrial relations to include important matters concerning Employers’ interests such as power, infrastructure, industrial policy and practices, taxation, energy conservation, water harvesting, and other developmental initiatives.

We regularly organize various programmes, conferences, seminars, and awareness initiatives aimed at supporting and empowering Employers across different sectors.
