I am thankful that The Employer's Association of Rajasthan (EAR) has come this far and has celebrated its 58th Anniversary.

Our central vision was Industrial Relations and related issues like Labour unrest, Protecting the Employer's interests, and Providing Legal Advice and Assistance. We always ask the Government to look after these concerns firmly and fairly.

It was established in 1964 with a motto to help and provide a United Meeting place for the Employers of Rajasthan to discuss their points of view and concerns about them jointly and deal with the Concerned Authorities in the Government, to resolve the same.

We have come a long way, facing many challenges on the path, and with that, our field of activities has become vast. It has widened its scope to include several areas of Employer's Interests, like Power, Infra, and structural developments needed in its Industrial Policies and Practices, Taxation and related issues, Conservation of Energy, Water Harvesting, etc. We are constantly hosting different-different kinds of Programmes to help Employers.
